So that you may obtain the representation YOU deserve, for 2009 we are lowering our hourly rates, retainers, as well as our fixed fees for non-contested matters.

All of our new clients in 2009 may avail themselves of these new, LOWER rates.  We will also consider sliding scales based upon your income on a case by case basis.

Over the years we have found that client needs are as diverse as our clients. Since no client should be handled identically we offer a variety of legal services:
